Clean your face

Fit it over both eyes and adjust the band

Place i-CONIC over your eyes and secure the band around your head. Tighten it until the device sits snugly and stays put — it should feel comfortable but firm enough that it does not shift even when you turn or rotate your neck. You should be able to move freely without holding it in place.
